what is the reason for harbor division to have these other freqs is it because of all hills in the area and dead spots so they can stiil transmitt in the field,,,thanks

The two Hot-Shot call simulcast frequencies have been around for a bit. One covers the Northern SFV from Chatsworth while other is down in Rolling Hills for the South.

As fas as to why 484.925 rebroadcast Harbor dispatch, I dont have a clue....
