I live in the Columbus area,I have uniden 396xt. I would like to know how I'm able to pick up,statewide OSP,I'm picking up the ohio turnpike. Robert

I was messing with MARCS last night and loading OSP talk groups for my area. I'm not sure that you will be able to pick up statewide because you have to be able to hear the tower that the traffic is on. Look up the MARCS system stuff and find all the towers in your area that you might be able to hear. Load the control frequencies for those towers in your trunked system setup then add all the talkgroups you want associating them with the trunked system setup. It wasn't too hard to figure out on WIN500 for my GRE PSR-600. Hope this helps.
