Go to Welcome to Repeater Builder Dot Com you will find the correct LBI for your radio (pdf).

This is what I have:

These are the pins on the DB-37 connector, you will need to refer to LBI-38901 or LBI-38992 for proper pinout on the control head.
Short 8 (FProg) - 25 (Sw A+) for PC PROG mode.

DB37 Sig DE9 RS232
7 GND 5 GND
6 CTS 8 CTS
3 XDataOu 2 RxD
2 XDataIn 3 TxD
20 RTS 7 RTS

All DB37 Pins straight through.

Im not sure if the RTS and CTS are right on this, if they are not it will only affect 256K Orions and not 512K Orions, if it dosent work reverse the two.
