Tri-Chemistry Charger DIP Switch Settings

Can anyone provide instructions for the DIP switch settings to cause a Tri-Chemistry Single Charger to switch to Condition/Rapid Charge mode for NiMH batteries? Will switching to this mode prolong the life of the batteries?

The charger I am using is setup for Rapid Charge mode only.
