EDACS / VMS System Manager Boot Errors
We have an EDACS System Manager that has some boot / startup errors.
I'm rather new to EDACS and really green on VAX/VMS.
I am hoping that someone may know what they mean.
Message from user SYSTEM

TP server process waiting
%NCP-W-OPEFAI, Operation failure
Circuit = SVA-0
%SYSTEM-F-NOLICENSE, operation requires software license
%NCP-I-NOINFO, No information in database
%DCL-W-IVVERB, unrecognized command verb - check validity and spelling

Do we have a serious problem or are these trivial errors.
The EDACS system is randomly going into Failsoft operation.
These errors may or may not be related.
