Default Programming Help

I've created a ProVoice file using ProGrammer R18b. When I flash it to the radio, which has Option 29, I keep getting "CC Scan" for the ProVoice system I want to hear. Can anyone look at my file to see if I messed anything up, or if corrections need to be made? I can pay the person who can fix it for me. Email me if you can help.

OK, so ProVoice doesn't actually have anything to do with the control channel - so the problem lies elsewhere.

First, check that you have all the correct channels in the trunked set, in the correct order.
Second, make sure that the site ID is correct.

If both of those are right, it should see the control channel no problem (assuming that you have decent RF coverage where you are of course)

I have another question. On a Jaguar 700p(scan model), is it possible to program more than 16 channels on a single system, and be able to select them on the radio? I hope that makes sense.

Yes, you can assign the up/down buttons to change your groups and have as many as the radio will let you hold (feature limited or flash limited whichever is lower) Alternatively, if the top knob is set up to change groups, you can make the OPT button GRP, and hitting that will let you move thru banks of groups 16 at a time with the arrow. i.e. if the knob is at position 1, group 1. Hitting GRP and the up arrow would make it group 17, 33, etc.

Another question. For some reason, my radio does not show the battery icon on the screen. Is there anyway to enable it?
