As long as you don't hook any of them to a grounded connection you are fine. I have hooked ONE side to a speaker and grounded the other, it works fine you just lose half the volume power (which is why I did it, since it's used inside my office). FWIW, Pin 13 outputs a nice line-level audio output that isn't amplified. It has a slight DC bias, so put a capacitor in series with it. I use an Orion for a RR feed, works great.

Nice. Yeah, I listen to the Albuquerque feed which is on one of these Orion's.. It sounds decent. I might have to mock up an Icecast server and do some testing before I go out in the wild Just playing the waiting game on the new head to get here.

So I got the new control head. All is put in and installed. Works great. Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions. I took apart my D2HHG3 and it appears to have a place to mount up a head but have been advised NOT to make it a front mount. I will just keep it as is.
