Default GE STAR Signaling

Looking for a little guidance. What radios (GE, Harris, Moto or otherwise) are capable of decoding/reading GE STAR radio ID signaling?

If you're just simply looking for a way to decode GE STAR, then as the saying goes,
'There's an APP for that'...well there is in this case.

I can verify it works with MDC, but have not verified it with GE STAR.

As for what actual radio hardware decodes it, I can't help you there.

I have the app, and it works quite well. But I was more looking as to an actual portable that is able, being it is what is used on Metro-North and Long Island Rail Road.

That's neat, not very useful, but neat. I wonder if they have that for Android?
