Question Buzzing sound, P7100IP

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5...ExoaV9FM1pkTG8

Anyone can tell me the cause for this buzzing?
Does the radio needs alignment?
Repairing?
Programming change?

Thanks.

Programming change. Is it P25T? If so, make sure it is set for narrowband, especially if you are using an older version of Programmer or RPM

I have someone else doing the programming for me. It has worked flawlessly before, only until recently been getting the sound. The only thing that has changed in the system, is the control channel. Not sure if this could be the cause for the buzzing?
