So i guess on the low side with a 436 your lookin at $400-450. I guess its worth it for someone dodging the cops. I used to monitor hpd when I was in high school with an analog scanner. Those were the days...

Im thinking about just getting and SDR dongle and using DSD or other software. Just for fun. I already have a bcd396t, and i cant justify upgrading unless PACMERS moves to P25 phase 2. Then I can scan HPD and military (I am a law abiding veteran who works for the feds, hence im not rich enough to upgrade).
