What is freq 11175 (USB?) and can you hear this on an RS Pro 106? Is it 111.75?

Look at this thread for 11175 USB and no you can not listen to it on a pro-106

Where have all the EAM's gone

It's 11.175.0 MHz not 111.75. 11 megahertz 175 kilohertz. Upper sideband. You'll need an HF radio or a shortwave radio capable of listening to USB. And its very active and used by the USAF and other US military agencies to provide airborne phone patches, and relay of emergency action messages.
