Default 160m 1.927 MHz CW Beacon SC48 ?? Any ideas?

Anyone know what the beacon is at 1.927 MHz ID is SC48

Haven't found anything with similar ID yet.

Makes no sense unless it's a fishing drift net or something. Do you live on the east coast?

Yes. I believe it is a fishing beacon from input I've received from a few other people. You can hear them stacked up all over that section of the band. Odd that they don't have to be registered.
