I recorde some wired Signals can someone help me to discover it out that it is?
Sometime somethink hear like DAB but the Software cant decoder it...

You'll need to be much more descriptive - at a minimum, time in UTC and frequency in Khz, please, to get started. It could be Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) broadcasts...

There are MANY other digital modes on HF that simply can't be decoded, or they're decodeable but encrypted so that the message is meaningless to anyone who is casually listening in.
