150 kHz Broadcast

Does anyone know if there is a longwave station on 150 kHz? It's too week for me to make it out, but seems to be a female voice in English or French. Received 2/3/16 at 15:00 UTC in Kansas City, MO, USA. I'm not finding anything online.

Also getting a strong pulsed CW at 1.4 Hz rate at 142.250 kHz, which I assume is station TFK in Grindavik, Iceland so propagation from the north seems to be good.

Thanks, I assume they have leeway to move around a few kHz. There was a carrier exactly at 153 kHz, but no modulation.

Actually, I've been considering getting one for about a year now, but I just don't do enough low band DXing to justify the cost.
