Default IC-F11 Problem

I have been reasearching and putting frequencies in the radio via the CS-F11 software. I have a problem that I cannot figure out. According to the Burke Co, North Carolina database, I have entered City of Morganton Public Safety which is 153.965 for RX and 151.4 for RX PL but I cannot get any communication over this channel. All of the others work just fine, ie. sherrif, county fire & ems. Please tell me what I am missing. I have been in law enforcement for a while, but this is my first time setting up my own radio. Thanks..

Try programming that frequency without a RX PL tone and see if you hear anything. It's possible that the PL tone is inaccurate. If still nothing, try using another radio or scanner if possible to see if you hear anything.

If you don't hear anything still, the frequency may be inaccurate.

Thanks for the help. The PL changed and I got ahold of the new one. Simple fix, lucky me!
