IC-F521 product ID

I have an IC-F521 that I bought in a group buy with the Search and Rescue team I am with. The CD I have is a burned CD and I forgot to right my product ID on the CD. If someone can show me where to get one it would be appreciated.

If you ask someone on your search and rescue team who has the software to open it and go to "Help" -> "About," it will display the full product ID you need in the "About" box.
