F-11 programming/no audio
I programmed my F-11 to the frequencies I desired, but I can not get any audio or any indication that the repeater system I am using, is getting any signal from the handheld. I have programmed simplex channels on known busy frequencies to no avail. I even got desperate to see what was wrong and programmed the radio for NOAA channels, in which it will no receive audio from them as well. My question is, what exactly am I programming in CS-F11 incorrectly to make the radio not work?

It would help if you would list one full horizontal line of data from your CS-11 file. Some things to mind would be setting the two tone decode active on all channels or wrong CTCSS/DTS. The green light on top of the radio should be on if a signal is being received on the Wx frequencies.

I just tested with my ft-8900r that works. The f-11 is transmitting but when I try to transmit back on the yaesu I get no audio. I figured that it was probably a tone mis match to I programmed both the F-11 and the 8900r for 155.000 no tones. F-11 would transmit but not receive.

Assign one of the buttons to "MONI." Hold it down and see if you hear static.
Nothing looks funny about your programming based on that screenshot.

You might try a speaker mic on the radio just to see if the face mounted speaker has opened up.

RF connector failures are not uncommon on those radios. Quite often it's just a broken solder joing where the RF connector pin meets the circuit board. Easily fixed by retightening the screws that hold the RF connector into the frame (Loctite on those screws is HIGHLY recommended) and resoldering the connection on the circuit board.
I deal with those radios very frequently.
