Default Programming IC-2200h

Wanted to confirm what all I need to program 2200h with laptop. USB PC to 2200h cable and the windows cloning software. Anything else?

Cool

You need the OPC-478UC which has the driver CD for Windows XP. You also need the software CS2200H which is the software package.

Apparently the driver CD does not have Vista drivers so you cannot use Vista.
