This radio is keypad programmable. I received two emails from different source that confirm that it can be done.

I'm waiting for my F3061T in next few days. I also have ALL information on how to activate DEALER MODE in the programming software and in the radio itself that let the user to manage by itself frequencies, tones, etc... without having to go through the PC software.
