Default IC-R1500 Frequency Expansion

Hello, I've read some posts about a "diode" mod to recover some missing segments of the 800 MHZ band.
Can somebody post it?
I've looked all over, no luck.

gus i dont think you need to do that mod with the new firmware but mines unblocked covers all

Thanks for your response. I upgraded to ver 2.1 to no avail. ( I did that before posting here)
There are 5 diodes in there, very small and too many combinations before the traces on the PCB go bad.
