I'm down here in Boise visiting my father this week. I've been listening to the IIMARS system. Does anyone have any additional ID's for the Boise area on this system? (There isn't much listed in the RR database.)

The ID's I've captured so far:

1000 - Ada County Sheriff - Dispatch (NORA units)
1009 - (Encrypted)
1020 - "Turn on shower lights?"
1023 -

1122 - Boise Intl Airport - Operations
1400 - Fire? Boise?
1401 - Meridian/Eagle/Kuna/Star Fire - Dispatch
1500 - EMS/Medic - Dispatch
1861 - Ada County - Records (Multiple Agencies)
1902 - (Encrypted)

Hey Mike!

Yeah there is a lot of encrypted communications on the public safety system. You can still get a sense for what's happening, but if a major incident occurs, you're probably SOL...

Hopefully our system back in Seattle won't go P25.

That is currently in the works! King County and Seattle are working on a simulcast P25 TRS. This system when finished will operate on 700/800 MHz.
