Default 700mhz updates?

Any updates or freq listings to the 700 system being implemented in parts of the state?

The last I heard the Idaho 700 MHz plan has not been approved. Any users (Bannock County) are using the frequencies allocated to the state. Last week I did see the first 700 MHz license in the state being issued for one agency in the panhandle. It was for a single repeater pair which I suspect may be for a MCT system.
