Which scanner?

Looks like I'm moving to the Treasure Valley. Just wondering which digital scanner works the best on the ICAWIN system?

My HP2 works perfect.

Tried the 435but did not like it. Many reasons as discussed here on the uniden forums. Been scanning PS since I moved her in 99 and worked for BFD. and AC for years so am familiar with the 700 system

Thanks for your reply. I've heard good things about the HP2. I understand the 436 wasn't for you, but did it work ok on the system?

Is there much to listen to on VHF?

Both the 436 and the 536 work fine on the 700 system. I've used both, as well as the HP series. It's a lot personal preferences as to which you prefer. I still use my 396XT also.
