Exclamation New DNR talkgroup...
Last night I heard car to car talk on 4091 regarding a stolen atv. I know both the officers to be region 4 dist 10 DNR cops.

I knew of the call before the transmission. Think maybe this is a tac channel or surveillance. Neither officer used their unit number.

I was also getting some traffic on 4079 in Peoria this afternoon.

This has been previously reported as security operations in and around the state capitol complex in Springfield. AFAIK, this is handled by the Secretary of State Police and the TG or dispatcher is referred to as "CapCom".
