Why
The Midway communications center the airports dispatch seems to forget the emergency on the consoles. When there is one they just clear the alarm signal and leave the channel in the emergency mode which will stay that way until its cleared.
Thats whey I call it the Midway Miscommunication Center'
Oh yes before I forget the center is now controlled by the OEC- 911
