Default StarCom21 on 396T
I have a 396T that was preprogram for me at time it was purchase with scancontrol ver. 7.1 for isp work fine till a week or so ago now no Starcom working now conventional works fine tryed reprograming nothing on starcom working this could be me cause 1st time programing it on my own could someone give something they know is working to put in to see if radio is bad or not live in rockford area
