Exclamation Starcom problems...yet again

Ok I know there have been several posts on this topic, and I have read them. However they still confuse me. Here is what I have done so far:
Deleted the old ISP District 10 frequencies using Win96. I have replaced them with the new ones listed on the RR database. I did not change any other settings on it, it is the same as it was before when it worked. I changed the frequencies and now I don't pick-up anything. Not sure what I have done wrong...

Thanks in advance,

Ian

I can pick up the Champaign and Pesotum sites control channels on 851.9375 and 854.5625 respectively with both the 396T and Pro96. Not sure why it's not working for you. Is the freq still set as MO and not some other setting?

I know I am in range of their tower. This is the setup I have on it for ISP: Frequencies: 851.41250, 851.93750, 852.04375, 852.98750, 854.96250, 855.16250, 851.36250, 852.04375, 852.09375, 853.46250, 854.56250. (these are the Champaign and Pesotum ones listed under Starcom) It is set for MOT. I have the MOT 9600 CC set to normal, same for the 3600 CC. I have all the talkgroups listed. I don't know if there are any other settings that I have missed.

Thanks,

Ian

Ok thank you I'll try changing those. I realized I had accidentally added a couple zero's in places and I took those out and it works for state now. However, I cant get MDICE fire to pick-up. I am wondering if I did the same thing on that one...

Thanks everyone for the help!

Ian
