Default Will County Rebanding Started

Today on the Will Co Edacs 6 channel system im hearing two of the rebanded freqys active, 851.275-LCN7, and 851.7625-LCN8, the old freqys are still in place for now....Im sure this is test mode , they will be moved to the proper LCN and replaced with two others....If you monitor Will Co you will not hear all transmissions unless you make the change ....This system will end up with 8 freqys also when the two new ones are added.....Ron in Joliet

I just reentered the new control frequencies for Will County Public Safety as noted for '11/09 Rebanding'
Are these new frequencies in use yet, not getting traffic for Beecher, Peotone, Monee?
