Question Yellow Pads and Swift Yachts

I heard that repeated message a number of times earlier this week on Site 108. Has anyone identified the origin and purpose of the transmissions?

Hello, Sally. I'm am radio technician with Motorola, I would like to test you radio quality by completing several radio tasks. The first task, I will be completing is a number count in a slow succession, then in rapid succession. The next will be followed by a sentence in normal mode under no stress, the next will be the same statement under stress.

Get the idea, it going to be to tell you what is working or not working
