More StarCom21 Site Information - NW Illinois

I took a trip out to the Galena area over the weekend and was able to capture some more info on SC21 sites in that area. We have been lacking good info for several of those sites.

I have attached the PRO96COM files from that trip and will be making the corrections to the CARMA Profile as soon as I can.

Several of the sites will be updated with new freqs, newly identified Control or Alternates and other info.

I have attached an updated System.ini file for the SC21 system with the updated Site locations. This is used by PRO96COM to identify the Site names when monitoring the system. You need to change the extension from .txt to .ini for this file.
