Joliet, Will County bleed through

I notice sometimes when I am listening to Joliet I hear what seems to be the Will County 800mhz control tone, and the tell tale beeping at the end of a transmission. Friday I heard clear dispatch traffic. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this or if it's just my setup

I live near the Will Co control channel on Provena Hospital here in Joliet and the Will Co CC bleeds thru my H/Hld scanners but not my base scanners, you would think it would be the other way around...Since the City of Joliet rebanded i do not have that problem with there system getting bled thru...I hear this bleed thru on Aurora and Naperville and Grundy Co trunk systems...
