Quite a few: the notable ones to me are Illinois State University (all ops except PD), Bloomington-Normal Public Transit, U of I Memorial Stadium, U of I Krannert Center. Plus Normal Bromenn Hospital and Urbana Carle Hospital.

If I'm not mistaken, I think all of ISU is on cleartalk turbo now? Res services was the last one still on a uhf repeater I think.
Bromenn is on turbo too, or was before I moved.

There is a way to see all that have been reported, but I think You have to be a Premium Member to see them, I hope I'm wrong, but I'll post the link anyway.

Looking forward to sharing DMR/ MotoTRBO system information for Illinois like the listed below example.

As this would help many of us in monitoring.

Example:::::::::::::::

461.4000 [ ] M Resort - Security (MOTOTRBO - Color Code 1, Slot 1, Group 1) (R)
463.9000 [ ] Town Square - Operations (Engineering) (MOTOTRBO - Color Code 1, Slot 1, Group 1) (R)
463.9000 [ ] Town Square - Housekeeping (MOTOTRBO - Color Code 1, Slot 2, Group 1) (R)

Yes it could help if you had the software to decode it or just go out and buy an XPR7550. I myself want to go to DMR so nobody can hear me but I don't have the money for it.

I do have a DMR radio and working on turning it into a DMR scanner. But DMR is not like P25 or D-Star where you just plug in the frequencies. As we know in DMR you need the Color Code, Slot, Group ID. Group ID is the tricky one to find.

Are you assuming these are DMR based on the FCC license ?

There are many Radios shops that added DMR to the license while going thru the Narrowbanding process, yet are STILL analog.

I'm still working on figuring out how to set up DMR decode on the computer. Any help is always welcome but for me I would need baby steps to learn DMR decode on a computer.

I know the answer to your question, but I can not tell you the specs as I would get fired for releasing the information to you. I have non disclosure act I signed prohibiting me from releasing said information. I would suggest you ask the security director or find other means to break it down.

Thumbs up

Maybe a little off topic, but heard a new unlisted sc21 talkgroup today. TG3526
Two guys discussing roadconditions and routes, possibly snowplows but doesn't seem to be IDOT.
Still listening for more clues.

If anyone can help on the forum or P.M me. With almost all public safety in the area being ENC there's not much left for me to monitor.

More than likely the supervisors or higher ups. I have heard them having these discussions since I have began listening to IDOT. They will use ID's which are not the typical Flora-30 or Flora-1 it was like 72-21, 72-xx . This was in D7 - Effingham region which goes all the way up to Decatur area, I know they were discussing conditions on 121.
