Question Kokomo/Howard County Indiana Trunking Down?

All 5 scanners (BCT246, BC245XLT(2), BCT8 and Home Patrol 1) have gone silent in trunking mode as well as the online feed. I can pick up a little in regular scan mode but with lots of noise. Anyone know what's going on??

It is 6:20 p.m. not 11:17 as it says above.
