Indiana State Police are on scene of a semi roll over on I-70 eastbound at Emerson Ave 86 Milemarker. This accident involves a Indiana State Police Trooper's car.The semi is on top of the roof of the ISP car. Two troopers who were assigned to the car have minor injuries. Radio Traffic is on Safe-t talkgroup 4192 ISP 52 DSP. Posted Tues 11-5-13.
