Default I need help with indiana safe-t programming issues

hi. I am new to the hobby and im probably asking questions too simplistic for most of you to bother aanswering. i hope i dont offend anyone by asking such questions. I have a new bcd996-t that i am trying to program with tipton county trunk frequencies. i dont know what to do and could use some help. i am a rr premium subscriber and use their database. i am using the newest version of freescan. the problems are that when i search the rr database , i go to united states, indiana, tipton county and then i am given the choice of 2 trunked motorola type 2 services to import. when i import either one, by default it gives me a list of all 92 counties in the left panel and all are checked. in the right panel all counties are also listed and checked but states that 131 choices have been checked but the maximum is 20, I tried picking and choosing different choices and i have tried to download different sets of choices in both panels by checking only the surrounding counties to tipton and keeping the right panel checked choices to a max of 20 but I havent had any success. freescan shows that there were 90 plus errors in the download to the scanner and i dont trust the scanner to have correct info from the download. i dont know if it is corrupted data. i tried different download speeds reloading the data with no difference. if someone can help me directly or direct me to threads that addresses this problem i would sure appreciate it. Has anyone had success getting tipton county to work? i would like to know how to do it. if someone would like to go thru the same efforts as i have and duplicate the steps i have taken so far but had good results, please let me know. thanks to viewing this thread and thanks in advance if you can help me. regards, bill
