From Crawfordsville to Indianapolis, the train will be using 160.800 as the road frequency and 160.560 as the dispatcher frequency.
If you have a good enough antenna to hear the Crawfordsville base, you'll hear the CSX IC Dispatcher issue a "Form D" to the crew which is their track warrant to proceed from Ames (Crawfordsville) to Clermont. The blocks are Ames, Cor, Ross, and Clermont. Once the train clears Clermont, the crew will call the IC Dispatcher to clear their Form D. The route from Clermont to IU Interlocking (downtown Indianapolis) is signalled so the signals will govern the train's movement. The IC Dispatcher will then have to give them a verbal clearance to proceed from IU to Belt Crossing on the Shelbyville Secondary. From Belt Crossing to Hawthorne, they will use the IU Belt Railway which is also dispatched by the IC Dispatcher.
The circus train will probably have a symbol of something like P9xx. Don't confuse with Amtrak P050 which is scheduled to depart Lafayette at 9:58p and arrive Indianapolis at 11:50p.
The last report I've found through other sources is that the train, which was originating in Moline, Illinois, derailed in Rock Island, Illinois, and hadn't departed that location as of 11:00am today.
