Default Lake County SAFE-T simulcast question

I have recently moved to Northwest Indiana (Hammond) and have tried programming the Lake County SAFE-T simulcast system into my PRO-106. I've had it scanning for a day and a half and have heard nothing.

I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong. Unfortunately my radio is in one location and my internet access is in another at the moment, so I can't say exactly how I've got it programmed. The next time the two will be together will be Thursday night at work.

In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone does have it successfully programmed into their 106 if they could send a file of it, or direct me to where a file of it might be online. I'm trying out both ARC500 and Win500, so either would work.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

Adam
