Why is MECA reprogramming radios tonight 9-22-09 Monday.Does anyone know what is going on?

They were doing that last week also. Encrypted TGs were being added. There may be some other changes as well.

I know you know the MECA sticky exists, because I've seen you post in it. There is no need for a new thread for this..
