Set your scanner to ID Search mode and try that. Elkhart City should have TGs in the 46000 range, County in 15000, AFAIK.

Question

How come there is nothing posted about the Elkhart APCO25 System on RR yet?

Well, probably because it's not actually the "Elkhart APCO 25" system. It's the State of Indiana SAFE-T system. They've been on there for at least a couple of years now. They still use some conventional freqs, but mostly the city (PD & FD) and county have moved. Even most of the neighboring small towns and other counties are on board with it, to one extent or another. That's the idea: interoperability and shared costs.

If Elkhart County has switched over to SAFE-T, all their information will be on the Indiana SAFE-T page in the database. Just scroll down through the TG list until you get to Elkhart County.
