Visiting Indianapolis

Im visiting Indianapolis and the Bloomington area starting tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what I should program in the my 396. Who has the best action? Is there anyone who can send me a file of information to program. I saw somone else had some information but I couldn;t get the file to open. Thanks

some files, not the best but will get you started.
The Bloomington one is old, and might have all the sites in one file, I've forgotten.

MECA 101 is public safety, the other is Public service.
