anyone close to the anderson area got a moto maxtrac programming cable i could use?

Push come to shove, all it takes is an rj45 connector, a db25 connector, a few feet of telephone wire, the schematic ( http://www.batlabs.com/images/maxpin.gif ), and about 10 minutes to make one.

I would bet you are looking at the plug backward. Are you visualizing the diagram as a plug laying pins down with the tab on top or the receptacle in the radio? I can see how the diagram could be viewed either way.

we had it right. just didnt work for us. there is an echolink schematic on the net simple design. but again didnt work for us ether. so we had to build our own.
wish I knew wtf happened to our maxtrac cable we built.. but things get lost when you dont use them for months
