Default Last lightb11-26-12 Jennings county safe-T

Tons of traffic last night on Jennings county safe-T. Multiple units using a 95 prefix taking what appeared to be dispatch training runs. It was a foreign talk group (wrote it down, now can't find it). Wonder if it was training at Muscatatuck . On the way home tonite I counted 16 ISP cars coming from that direction.

units with a 95 prefix are state police Commercial Vehicle inspectors.... If the have a two digit suffix then they are sworn state police officers (95-32).... If they have a three digit suffix (95-317), then they are civilian Commercial vehicle inspectors that work for ISP...

They were using 91-5xx numbers and they were using the ISP TRAIN talkgroups. It was the new troopers coming out of the academy going through their "real world" training with help from current troopers and civilians.

They were practing making signal 27 stops on the ILEA property.Heard takgroup 39728 on the Hendricks County Simucast site for safe-t. They were also working on a mock fatal accident scene along with calling a coroner to the scene.

Thanks everyone for the info. Perhaps the prefix was 91-xxx. I was half asleep at the time ....there must have been someone affiliated with the Jennings Co. tower. The chorus line of squad cars on U.S. 50 must have been coincidental.
