Monroe County Highway - NXDN or Still Analog

Had an inquiry asking about Monroe County Highway Department on 156.1800 Mhz.

Anyone know if they have switched to NXDN, or are they still analog?

I live in Bloomington, and while I don't normally monitor highway departments, I plugged in 156.1800 last night to check for you.

I heard quite a bit of what sounded like data. Certainly could have been NXDN or MotoTRBO or another digital mode, though I don't have proper equipment to tell what type. The only analog signal I heard was a fast CWID.
