Thanks kind of a loaded question with so many statewide talkgroups. I often hear the ISP District 45 mutual aid talkgroup (TGID 64576) here in Louisville.
That is the specific region Mutual Aid group for Dist 45. Myself I have all the statewide ones in, also P and N which are either side of Dist. 45. And recently I've heard StatCare on Safe-T as well. So you may want to add that also. The airmed talkgroup.
The intent is for all station in the area to monitor this channel, and outside agencies have instant contact with ISP. They also dispatch the "highway help" truck and they call back to ISP on this channel.
Also, all users if from outside of their area should switch to a mutual aid group so they don't overload a tower with a bunch of affiliated radio but having anything to do with the immediate area. This could something like a training meeting bringing units from all over the state to Sellersburg. So you would have Districts, 43, 42, 34, 53, etc all affiliating and dragging their traffic through the Henryville tower which would overload it for normal uses. There is a link on RR Safe-t page to the policies that explain all of this. Should you care to know more
