Smile relm rvp7500 questions

anyone familiar with the newer relm rpv7500 ?. i did a pretty good search first.

1.are they field programable ?.
2. if they are,is it a pain in the butt to do ?.
3.how many zone's do they allow ?.
4. can you make all you're channel's 1 zone if you wish ?.
5.can you scan more than 1 zone at a time ?.
6.can you scan them all at a time ?.
7.is it good quality ?.

any mini review's or help really appreciated. thank you.

Answers to your questions:

1: No supposed to be a feature they add via a firmware update however have not seen it yet.

2: See #1

3: According to the software 32 zones or 256 channels

4: Yes

5: No not that I am aware of

6: I guess you could if they are all in one zone would be the only way I can think of

7: They are excellent as good as a Motorola however not as expensive however I don't use it for Public Safety so if you are maybe better off with Motorola but its a great radio for the money.

Relm RPV7500 and HYT TC780V = same thing,different Branded name.
Only draw back on 780 is not being able to alias the zones.Otherwise a good ,reliable radio.Have had mine almost a year now.No issues.
