Default SP100 Question

I have 2 VHF SP100H radios. Would anyone know if it is possible for the frequency's to be changed in the radio? Was thinking about using it for Murs and Ham if possible? If not I do have a FT60 for Amateur radio use.

Just curious if this can even be done or a possibility? Anyone know?

Thanks,
Joey
