Question Midland Bantam 70-1527B Microphone Wiring?

--Hi, all. Can anyone tell me if the microphone pinout of the above radio will work with any other brands of microphones? It is a 4 pin microphone that looks like your plain old, everyday, Midland or maybe Cobra/Uniden design, though I have no idea. I don't want to start randomly plugging in microphones and mess something up just because I thought "Well, this has four pins, so it MUST work!", lol. I may have just overlooked it, but I cannot seem to find microphone wiring pinouts for Midland commercial radios, and have no idea if the four pin happens to match up with their older four pin CB mics, or the newer ones, which now are the same as the four pin Cobra/Uniden. Thanks for any help.

The Bantam is the same as the XTR and probably the Syn-tech II (and Syn-tech 1) so if you search for those, you might find more information as they were more popular.
