Default Des Moines Cmed

Does anyone know what the frequency is for Des Moines Cmed. I hear this is what all the ambulances talk to the hospitals on. Anyone got a clue?

If they are on VHF like most other hopitals it will either be the Statewide EMS freq of 155.3400. Midwest Ambulance also uses 155.2350.

Mercy hospital also uses two UHF repeaters, at 461.8375 and 463.7625.

Hope this helps!

Yeah, I have heard them on 155.34. RR has it listed as Statewide EMS. It is unlikely ambulances would use Mercy's repeaters. As I understand that is only for on-campus communication, such as security, physical plant, emergencies, etc.

155.220, 155.280, 155.340 and 155.400. CTCSS 82.5 . Seems like all I ever hear active is 155.220, also heard this called ‘Metro’ once. They are licensed (KCE851) as 'Emergency Medical Services Response System Association', but in the licensee information it says 'Attn Polk County Sheriff Office CMED'.
