Default Digital traffic on 154.830?

154.830 is the frequency we use for city police operations in Tama county. I have it in my scanner without the PL tone enabled, and every morning on my way home from work I hear digital traffic on it. It's definately a sheriff's office from somewhere, because I hear the high sheriff ("County 1, I'll be...) talking at 0730 or 0800. It's digital, too.

Wow! I pick them up clear as day on Highway 30 in eastern Tama County. There was more Louisa County traffic on my dispatch frequency on the way to work tonight than there was Tama county traffic.

I 've listened to 154,830 here in Clinton Co. I come across that it was coming from Muscatine Co , Sheriff Disp 1 , my scanner flashed P25 and listened to most of the traffic, the signal was strong here to

The input frequency and PL tone to Area 11 is the same input frequency and PL tone for 155.025 in Pocahontas County. I grew up in the SW part of the county. I live in CR for a year also.

It's still a strech to be able to hear them.
And yes Tim ,I know, I grew up in NE Pocahontas County
I don't see the Poky County input 153785 as being licensed to Linn Co
Area 11 is listed as 155.835 / 465.550 and now cross linked to 866.01250
