Football game in Ames

Well the game this Saturday is probably going to liven Ames up some which should be interesting, Im not sure if there will be any new frequencies other than whats already there with people pouring in but Iv already picked up 105.1 Channel Q radio 455.9250

I have ISU and Ames TRS in trunker seeing what new GIDs come active, im sure this will flush out those 'special' channels as this will need quite the police force to keep ISU fans from killing people when Iowa wins...

Story County Trunked Radio System (TRS) -- it is used by Story County SO but owned by Electronic Engineering so there are other systems on there as well. The transmitting tower is in Alleman so it provides pretty good coverage. Story County Trunking System, Ames, Iowa - Scanner Frequencies

I cannot get Ames or ISU's system here in Des Moines, so I may just set my system to record Story County tomorrow during and after the game.

I was picking up what sounded like shuttle buses last night on the Story co. TRS. Now thats exciting.(huge amounts of sarcasm ). Mike
